The Mississippi Recognizing Important Vaccine & Education Resources (RIVER) collaborative's focus is the wholly rural Mississippi counties of Adams, Bolivar, Claiborne, Humphreys, Issaquena, Jefferson, Leflore, Sharkey, Sunflower, Warren, and Washington along or in proximity to the Mississippi River. The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our communities of color particularly hard, creating challenges exacerbated by our long history of poor health outcomes. The purpose of this e-library is to improve health outcomes relating to COVID-19 in minority communities by providing access to information that can enhance understanding across the impacted population. Establishing this publicly accessible, free-to-use E-Library for COVID-19 Health Literacy materials and education offers a pathway for individuals to find, understand, and use the information to make informed health-related decisions.
